We're looking for a Product manager to join our ever-evolving Hosted Experience team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you'll have responsibility for our Hosted Platform - the delivery engine of our Hosted product suite. Working closely with architecture, development, product and user experience teams. The platform is key to delivering a world class set of hosted assets across payments and more. What you'll own * You'll be the go-to partner for your client portfolio, building strong, trusted relationships through a caring, client-first approach. * You'll advise clients on the right Global Payments products for them, being curious and taking the time to really understand their needs. * You'll take ownership of retention performance, proactively spotting at-risk accounts and acting early to protect and grow relationships. * You'll lead key account conversations, using insights for account reviews, pricing requests, and negotiations that deliver the right outcomes for clients and the business. What you will be doing: You will be the Product Manager responsible for our Hosted Platform - primarily focused on Hosted Payment integrations, but also delivering for other Hosted use cases, including Marketplaces. You will develop a deep understanding of the products that sit on the platform, building a strong vision for it, and creating opportunities to innovate whilst delivering incremental value.
