Working closely with the IT Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the school's technology infrastructure and digital services operate efficiently, providing exceptional support to staff and students while helping to maintain a secure and reliable IT environment. Key Responsibilities * Provide high-quality 1st and 2nd line IT support across the school. * Work alongside the IT Manager to ensure all IT systems and digital services remain available and secure. * Administer Microsoft 365 services and support end users. * Manage Active Directory (Azure and on-premises), Group Policy and AD Federation Services. * Support Microsoft Teams and SharePoint within a classroom environment. * Deploy and manage devices using SCCM, Intune and Windows Autopilot. * Support VMware virtual server infrastructure. * Maintain Windows Server and desktop operating systems. * Assist with data protection, cyber security and safeguarding compliance. * Produce and maintain clear technical documentation and user guides. * Keep up to date with emerging technologies and developments within the education sector.
