3+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a similar digital product design role.
Strong expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Interactive Prototypes, Design Tokens, and developer handoff workflows.
Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design methodologies, and digital product development processes.
Proven experience designing web applications and responsive interfaces across different devices.
Experience creating and maintaining scalable Design Systems and reusable UI components.
Ability to create clear documentation and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
Strong product mindset with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI, Midjourney, AI image generation, or AI wireframing tools to enhance design workflows is highly valued.
Understanding of modern frontend development concepts, including HTML, CSS, responsive design, component-based architecture, accessibility, web animations, and Tailwind CSS fundamentals.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Slack, and modern product collaboration platforms.
