## About the Role

4+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
Strong experience with CI/CD (GitLab CI, Nexus, SonarQube) and pipeline optimization (Docker, caching techniques)
Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and cloud platforms (OCI preferred)
Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, GitOps workflows (FluxCD/ArgoCD)
Familiarity with observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, OCI Observability)
Strong Linux knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Proven ability to manage migrations from legacy systems to modern cloud platforms
Collaborative communicator, able to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders

This role is central to modernizing infrastructure, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and scaling automation.The platform team focuses on accelerating software and infrastructure delivery by driving DevOps practices that improve culture and processes.
