Public Service Loan Forgiveness ## Description * Oversee and manage teams working with City agencies, OTI staff, and their data to serve New Yorkers more equitably and efficiently, supports citywide programs, conducts analytics projects to improve City operations, and advances citywide data analytics, infrastructure, integration, and sharing. * Oversee and manage the NYC Open Data team, which implements the City's Open Data Law, strives to improve the accessibility of public datasets, and advocates for the use of open data in the community. * Direct and implement the City's enterprise data and analytics strategy aligning data initiatives with agency priorities and citywide policy objectives. * Supervise and manage multidisciplinary data teams, including data analytics and engineering staff, while supporting strategic planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and program execution. * Establish data governance frameworks and drive cross-agency data integration and sharing to improve efficiency, decision-making, and service delivery. * Provide executive-level guidance to agency leadership on the use of data analytics for program evaluation, performance management, and operational decision-making. * Define and implement citywide performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure outcomes and drive accountability. * Perform other related duties as assigned. HOURS/SHIFT Day - Due to the necessary technical management duties of this position in a 24/7 operation, candidate may be required to be on call and/or work various shifts such as weekends and/or evenings., New York City residency is generally required within 90 days of appointment. However, City Employees in certain titles who have worked for the City for 2 continuous years may also be eligible to reside in Nassau, Suffolk, Putnam, Westchester, Rockland, or Orange County.
