## About the Role

Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 2+ years of Desktop Support, IT Support, or Infrastructure Support experience

 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
 * Experience supporting Windows environments, hardware, and basic networking
 * Ability to work independently in a part-time onsite environment
 * Strong communication and customer service skills
 * Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience

Preferred Certifications

 * CompTIA Security+
 * Cisco CCENT
 * AWS Certified Solutions Architect
 * Other relevant IT certifications are a plus

## Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to support day-to-day IT infrastructure operations in Lavonia, GA. This is a long-term, part-time contract opportunity ideal for someone with hands-on desktop support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a passion for technology.

The ideal candidate will provide technical support for infrastructure services, assist with hardware/software issues, and help maintain stable IT operations in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

 * Provide desktop and infrastructure support for end users and internal teams
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues
 * Respond to IT support tickets and assist with issue resolution
 * Support infrastructure-related projects and ongoing technical initiatives
 * Monitor systems and assist with basic infrastructure troubleshooting
 * Document incidents, technical procedures, and support activities
 * Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently
 * Follow IT best practices, standards, and service delivery processes
 * Continuously learn and stay current with new technologies and industry trends
