This role is crucial for managing the relocation, refurbishment, or minor works of our portfolio of properties globally, as well as maintaining all properties. This position is ideal for a highly organised individual looking to join a global organisation where training and development are paramount.Day-to-day of the role: Manage the property helpdesk email account, addressing all maintenance issues and potential complaints Act as the first point of contact for emergency property maintenance calls from offices Responsible for logging calls on the property database and booking contractors to address onsite problems Follow up on the progress of jobs, ensuring timely resolution Collate quotes and obtain necessary
