Job DescriptionPayload Systems Project Lead | Oxford Our client is looking for a Payload Systems Project Lead to lead the design, integration and test of advanced RF payload and antenna systems for space-based communications platforms. Working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, you will lead system-level trade studies and develop robust technical recommendations across payload architecture, ground infrastructure and communications technologies. Responsibilities +Lead engineering project teams, developing and maintaining technical plans covering scope, schedule, cost, resources and risk. +Monitor technical performance against programme objectives, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. +Drive cross-functional engineering activities to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required technical and quality standards. +Manage technical budgets, forecasts and schedules while ensuring alignment with programme objectives. +Define, validate and manage
