You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles. ## Description * Manage and support a team of product engineers focused on building and expanding Figma's developer offerings, including Dev Mode, MCP, Code Connect, and more * Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate work across product, design, engineering, and other functions * Define strategy & roadmap for your team and execute on that roadmap with a high degree of autonomy, velocity, and craftsmanship * Provide hands-on technical leadership to your teams and others that collaborate with your teams to ensure a cohesive product experience and the right technical abstractions * Recruit, mentor, and retain high performing engineers (and help with other cross functional roles).
