* Überwachung und Betrieb der Serverlandschaft, Netzwerke und Cloud-Dienste mit modernen Monitoring-Tools
 * Durchführung regelmäßiger Updates, Patches und Systemwartungen sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
 * Verwaltung der Cloud-Infrastruktur und Unterstützung bei der Integration neuer Cloud-Services sowie Überwachung von Kosten, Kapazitäten und Security-Einstellungen
 * Implementierung und Monitoring von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, Reaktion auf Sicherheitsvorfälle und Analyse von Schwachstellen
 * Dokumentation von Systemeinstellungen, Prozessen und Notfallplänen
 * Unterstützung des 1st/2nd-Level-Supports bei komplexen Problemen
