## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplomstudium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Nachweisbare Erfahrung in einer nach ITIL organisierten Umgebung mit Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management sowie Erfahrung mit ITIL-Prozessen, z. B. der Bearbeitung von Change Requests oder Major Incidents, ist erforderlich
 * Die Fähigkeit, Systemausfälle selbstständig zu analysieren und bei Bedarf zu eskalieren, ist erforderlich
 * Deutsch und Englisch mindestens verhandlungssicher sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

## Description

* Bereitstellung neuer Softwarepakete und Upgrades
 * Aufrechterhaltung des ordnungsgemäßen Infrastrukturbet Betriebs gemäß OLA und SLA
 * Überwachung und Nachverfolgung der Systemleistung anhand vereinbarter Service Level Agreements
 * Kommunikation von Verbesserungen, Updates und Maßnahmen des Produkt-Obsoleszenzmanagements an das IT Product Management
 * Durchführung ITIL-basierter Supportprozesse einschließlich Incident-, Problem-, Change-, Configuration- und Event-Management
 * Analyse von Konsolenmeldungen, Diagnose von Systemausfällen, Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen und erforderliche Eskalation an technische Teams oder Anbieter
 * Überwachung der System-Backup-Verarbeitung und Leitung von Disaster-Recovery-Tests
 * Identifikation und Implementierung von Technologien und Prozessen zur Verbesserung von Zuverlässigkeit, Effizienz und Verfügbarkeit der Systemumgebung
