## Description

* Steuerung und Koordination von Projekten innerhalb eines internationalen SAP S/4HANA-Programms
 * Übernahme von PMO- und Projektmanagementaufgaben in strategischen Transformationsinitiativen
 * Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Fachbereichen, IT, Corporate Functions und externen Dienstleistern
 * Erstellung von Management-Präsentationen, Statusberichten und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
 * Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Business-Planning-Prozesse und Governance-Strukturen
 * Unterstützung bei der Definition zukünftiger Zielprozesse und Standards
 * Identifikation, Bewertung und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen
 * Monitoring von Projektfortschritten, Risiken und Maßnahmen
 * Sicherstellung einer transparenten Dokumentation und nachhaltigen Wissenssicherung
