## Description

* Administration und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerke, Arbeitsplatzrechner) zur Gewährleistung eines stabilen Betriebs.
 * Überwachung und Optimierung der System- und Netzwerkleistung, inkl. Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung.
 * User-Support im 1st und 2nd Level: Betreuung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter bei technischen Anfragen und Problemen.
 * Verwaltung von Berechtigungen und Zugängen sowie Sicherstellung der Daten- und IT-Sicherheit.
 * Implementierung und Pflege von Sicherungs- und Wiederherstellungsprozessen (Backups).
 * Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten und bei der Einführung neuer Systeme und Anwendungen.
