## Description

In unserem dynamischen Team konzipierst und realisierst du gemeinsam mit UX- und UI-Designern, Programmierern und Marketern spannende Projekte. Als Junior Web Entwickler hast du ein Auge auf saubere Umsetzung, nutzerfreundliche Weblösungen und neue Technologien.
Zum Einstieg gehört bei uns eine 9-monatige Weiterbildung zum professionellen Umgang mit KI und zur Entwicklung KI-basierter Lösungen. Damit arbeitest du nicht nur an klassischen Webprojekten, sondern lernst früh, wie KI sinnvoll in Entwicklung, Automatisierung und digitale Prozesse eingebunden wird.
Aufgaben

 * Konzeption und Entwicklung responsiver Web-Anwendungen - von der schlanken Microsite über Unternehmenswebsites bis hin zum komplexen Web-Portal
 * Optimierung und Pflege bestehender Projekte
 * Unterstützung bei der technischen Weiterentwicklung individueller Kundenlösungen
 * Interne Abstimmung mit Kolleg:innen aus Design, Entwicklung, Projektmanagement und Marketing
 * Mitarbeit an KI-basierten Workflows und digitalen Produkten
