## Description

* Systembetreuung: Betreuung, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung von SAP SuccessFactors mit Schwerpunkt Employee Central.
 * Schnittstellenmanagement: Analyse, Betreuung und Optimierung von Integrationen zu angebundenen Systemen sowie Unterstützung beim Monitoring.
 * Anforderungsmanagement: Aufnahme, Analyse und Abstimmung von fachlichen sowie technischen Anforderungen mit den Stakeholdern.
 * Umsetzung: Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung von Architektur-, Sicherheits- und Compliance-Vorgaben.
 * Cloud Integration: Erstellung, Anpassung und Pflege von Integrationsszenarien in der SAP Cloud Integration.
 * HR-Prozesse: Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von HR-Prozessen sowie bei der Integration bestehender SAP-HCM-Lösungen.
 * Projektarbeit: Mitarbeit in Transformations- und Einführungsprojekten sowie Übernahme eigener Arbeitspakete.
 * Zusammenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR, internen IT-Teams und externen Partnern.
