## Description

* Erfassung von IT-Lizenzen im Service-Management-Tool Matrix42 sowie Zuordnung zu den entsprechenden Services
 * Erstellung und Auswertung von Lizenz-Reports inkl. Analyse der Nutzung und Ableitung von Optimierungspotenzialen
 * Dokumentation von Abweichungen und Unterstützung bei der Anpassung von Lizenzmengen
 * Pflege und Strukturierung der globalen Vertragsübersicht
 * Kategorisierung von Verträgen in enger Abstimmung mit dem IT-Einkauf
 * Einholung von Angeboten sowie Vorbereitung von Bestellinformationen in SAP
 * Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Auswertung von IT-Kosten innerhalb der BEUMER Group
 * Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung von IT-Governance-Prozessen, Werkstudent
