## Description

Die Einsatzfähigkeit moderner Streitkräfte basiert auf digitaler Anpassungsfähigkeit und leistungsfähigen Softwarelösungen. Gleichzeitig sind höchste Cyber-Sicherheitsstandards entscheidend, um vernetzte Systeme und kritische Infrastrukturen in einem dynamischen Bedrohungsumfeld zu schützen. Du ermöglichst es Streitkräften, schneller, autonomer und präziser zu handeln. Als Projektmanager (m/w/d) Cyber Security Products verantwortest du Softwareprojekte end-to-end - von der Planung bis zum sicheren Release.

 * Fachliche Teamführung: Du führst kleine, interdisziplinäre Projektteams innerhalb der Softwareentwicklung.
 * Projektsteuerung & Delivery: Du verantwortest den Projekterfolg und die termingerechte Auslieferung stabiler Software-Releases.
 * Arbeitsplanung & Koordination: Du definierst, planst und steuerst Arbeitspakete über alle Projektphasen hinweg.
 * Stakeholder- & Kundenmanagement: Du stimmst technische und umsetzungsrelevante Inhalte mit Kunden, Partnern und internen Stakeholdern ab.
 * Anforderungs- & Releaseplanung: Du analysierst und managst Anforderungen und verantwortest Termin-, Release- sowie Qualitätsplanung.
 * Monitoring & Reporting: Du überwachst den Projektfortschritt, bewertest Risiken und berichtest transparent an relevante Stakeholder.
