Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Leistungselektronik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

 - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung leistungselektronischer Systeme
 - Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Stromversorgungen, Invertern, Wandlern oder elektrischen Antriebssystemen
 - Erfahrung in analoger und digitaler Schaltungsentwicklung
 - Kenntnisse in der Simulation mit LTspice, PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink oder vergleichbaren Werkzeugen
 - Erfahrung im EMV-gerechten Design sowie in thermischer Auslegung
 - Kenntnisse relevanter Luftfahrtstandards und Entwicklungsprozesse sind von Vorteil
 - Strukturierte, analytische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
 - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

Entwicklung und Auslegung von leistungselektronischen Baugruppen und Systemen für Luftfahrtanwendungen

 - Erstellung von Schaltungskonzepten für AC/DC-, DC/DC- und DC/AC-Wandler sowie Umrichter
 - Auswahl und Dimensionierung elektronischer Bauteile wie IGBTs, MOSFETs, SiC- und GaN-Halbleiter
 - Simulation analoger und leistungselektronischer Schaltungen mit LTspice, PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink oder vergleichbaren Tools
 - Entwicklung von Regelungs- und Steuerungskonzepten für elektrische Antriebssysteme und Energieversorgungseinheiten
 - Erstellung von Schaltplänen, Spezifikationen und technischen Dokumentationen
 - Durchführung von Design Reviews sowie Unterstützung bei FMEA-, FMEDA- und Zuverlässigkeitsanalysen
 - Planung und Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmen, Laborversuchen und Umweltqualifikationen
 - Analyse und Optimierung hinsichtlich Effizienz, EMV, thermischem Verhalten und Zuverlässigkeit
 - Unterstützung bei der Integration der Leistungselektronik in komplexe Luftfahrtsysteme
 - Zusammenarbeit mit Hardware-, Software-, Mechanik-, System- und Testentwicklung
 - Betreuung externer Entwicklungs- und Fertigungspartne
