 * Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Bereitstellung von Notebooks und IT-Hardware
 * Unterstützung im Onboarding und Offboarding von Mitarbeitern hinsichtlich IT-Equipment und Zugängen
 * Verantwortung für Lizenz-, Asset- und IT-Lifecycle-Management
 * Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen sowie Erstellung von Dokumentationen und technischen Anleitungen
