## Description

* Durchführung von Onsite-Support für Laptops, Desktops, Thin Clients, Smartphones, Tablets und Peripheriegeräte
 * Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse, Hardwareaustausch und Koordination von Herstellerservices gemäß vorgegebenen Prozessen (SOPs)
 * Bearbeitung von Serviceaufträgen im Bereich Managed Phones, Industrial Devices sowie weiterer Endgeräte
 * Durchführung von IT-Umzügen, Arbeitsplatzverlagerungen sowie Unterstützung bei Audio-/Video-Rauminstallationen
 * Dokumentation der durchgeführten Tätigkeiten und Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Ansprechpartnern vor Ort
