## Description

* Neben der Betreuung der Netzwerktechnik, Telefonsysteme und Druckerlandschaft unterstützen Sie ebenfalls im First und Second Level Support.
 * Aufnahme und Dokumentation von Störungsmeldungen aus der Netzwerktechnik
 * Planung der Kosten bei der Neuanschaffung von neuen IT Produkten
 * Identifikation und Behebung von Netzwerkengpässen und Performance-Problemen
 * Dokumentation von Netzwerk-Topologien und -Konfigurationen
 * Überwachung und Optimierung von Cloud-Infrastrukturen und virtuellen Umgebungen auf Unternehmensebene
 * Verantwortung für die strategische Planung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Netzwerkoptimierung
