## About the Role

* Erfahrung im IT-Support, idealerweise im 1st- und/oder 2nd-Level-Support
 * Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Client-Systemen, Standard-Hardware und Peripheriegeräten

## Description

* Installation, Austausch sowie Inbetriebnahme von IT-Arbeitsplätzen inklusive PCs, Notebooks, Monitoren und Dockingstations
 * Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten sowie Vergabe von Berechtigungen in Active Directory und Microsoft Entra ID
 * Bereitstellung, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Hard- und Software für Endanwender
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Client-Umfeld im Rahmen des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports
 * Bearbeitung, Nachverfolgung und Dokumentation von Supportanfragen unter Einhaltung definierter Prozesse und Service Levels
 * Vor-Ort-Betreuung und Unterstützung von Anwendern bei technischen Fragestellungen
 * Durchführung von Funktions- und Abnahmetests zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs der eingesetzten Systeme
