Systems Experience: Operations: Frontier, FIS Core, FIS Image Center, Salesforce, Verification of Deposit (VOD) Custom Development: Microsoft.NET , Microservices, REST APIs, SQL Server ## Description The Operations Technical Analyst supports intake and merger related processes by serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders, operations teams, and supporting functions to ensure work is accurately captured, prioritized, and routed efficiently. This role is responsible for gathering and clarifying business requests, documenting requirements, identifying process improvement opportunities, and helping to manage change management across operational workflows. The analyst helps ensure incoming requests are evaluated consistently, aligned to business priorities, and supported with clear requirements to enable effective execution and maintaining business continuity.
