## Description

* Als Head of Global IT übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für die globale IT-Strategie, IT-Organisation und digitale Transformation einer international tätigen Unternehmensgruppe der produzierenden Industrie.
 * Hierzu führen Sie ca. 50 Mitarbeiter.
 * Diese Position geht weit über die klassische IT-Leitung hinaus: Sie entwickeln die IT zu einem strategischen Business Enabler und treiben die Digitalisierung, Prozessoptimierung sowie den zielgerichteten Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz aktiv voran.
 * Sie entwickeln und setzen eine zukunftsorientierte globale IT- und Digitalstrategie um.
 * Dabei beraten sie die Geschäftsführung in allen Fragen rund um Technologie, Innovation und Transformation.
 * Sie erstellen eine mehrjährige Technologie- und Digitalisierungs-Roadmap und treiben deren Umsetzung vora
 * Ferner entwickeln eine unternehmensweite KI-Strategie und identifizieren konkrete Anwendungsfälle mit messbarem Geschäftsnutzen.
