* Develop and execute the organization's AI strategy and transformation roadmap.
 * Lead enterprise-wide AI adoption and automation initiatives.
 * Build and manage a centralized AI Competence Center.
 * Oversee AI platforms, tools, and enterprise AI solutions.
 * Drive the development and deployment of AI and machine learning applications.
 * Establish AI governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
 * Ensure secure integration of AI solutions with enterprise systems.
 * Collaborate with business, engineering, product, and data teams to identify AI opportunities.
 * Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors and AI solution providers.
 * Define AI performance metrics and measure business impact.
 * Lead, mentor, and grow cross-functional AI, engineering, and data science teams.
 * Promote an AI-first culture through training, enablement, and innovation.
