Diagnostique et résout les problèmes techniques des équipements informatiques Assure la maintenance préventive et corrective des systèmes et réseaux Installe et configure les nouveaux matériels et logiciels Assiste et forme les utilisateurs aux technologies mises en place Gère les mises à jour de sécurité, les sauvegardes de données ainsi qu'un contrôle de l'accès aux systèmes Optimise les performances des systèmes informatiques
