## Description

Dans le cadre d'un vaste programme de transformation digitale de son Système d'Information (remplacement des outils historiques par un ERP moderne, WMS, MES, BI...), la DSI renforce ses équipes et recherche son/sa futur(e) Consultant(e) BI / Expert Microsoft Fabric (H/F).
Au sein de la Direction BAM (Business Applications Management) et rattaché(e) au Responsable du pôle BI & Finance, vous contribuez à la modernisation complète de la chaîne analytique du Groupe. Dans un contexte de montée en maturité data, vous serez le garant de la qualité et de la pertinence des reportings produits pour l'ensemble des directions métier (Finance, Ventes, Achats, Logistique, Production, RH...).

Votre quotidien sera rythmé par la conception, le développement et la maintenance des rapports et tableaux de bord Power BI, ainsi que par la construction des pipelines de données et lakehouses sur Microsoft Fabric. Vous piloterez la migration des reportings existants (QlikView...) vers Power BI / Fabric et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'architecte MDM. Vous analyserez les besoins métier, appliquerez les bonnes pratiques (modèles sémantiques, sécurité RLS, performance), formerez les utilisateurs clés et assurerez la veille sur Copilot BI et l'IA appliquée à l'analytique. Ce poste offre un rôle à fort impact dont les tableaux de bord alimentent directement le CODIR.
