## Description

Afin d'assurer le support aux utilisateurs et le bon fonctionnement du parc informatique, vous aurez les principales responsabilités suivantes :

 - Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels, logiciels et réseaux

 - Installer, configurer et maintenir les postes de travail, périphériques et équipements IT

 - Gérer les comptes utilisateurs

 - Participer au déploiement et au renouvellement du parc informatique

 - Suivre et documenter les interventions dans l'outil de ticketing

 - Accompagner et sensibiliser les utilisateurs aux bonnes pratiques IT.
