 - Analyser et résoudre des incidents de niveau 2 (postes de travail, Windows, applicatifs)
 - Accompagner les utilisateurs lors des changements informatiques
 - Déployer de nouveaux matériels IT et assurer leur paramétrage
 - Gérer des dossiers en autonomie et participer à des projets
 - Réaliser régulièrement le reporting des activités et résultats
