## Description

En rejoignant l'équipe Infrastructure, vous réaliserez des tâches opérationnelles liées aux technologies Microsoft et participerez activement aux nombreux projets d'infrastructure informatique passionnants en cours et à venir., Opérateur centre d'appel

 - Support des utilisateurs finaux
 - Identifier de manière proactive les problèmes et mettre en oeuvre des solutions pour les services sous votre responsabilité
 - Dépanner les problèmes liés aux logiciels système, au matériel et au réseau, et trouver ou aider à trouver des solutions.
 - Au besoin, travailler en équipe et obtenir du soutien avec des fournisseurs externes
 - Participer et contribuer activement à la définition, au développement, au déploiement et au maintien des standards IT dans vos périmètres ainsi qu'à d'autres solutions d'infrastructure informatique.
