- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung  
 - Erfahrung in der Windows-Systemadministration  
 - Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerkadministration  
 - Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise  
 - Team- und Serviceorientierung  
 - Gute Deutschkenntnisse und klare Kommunikation

 

Nice-to-have

 

- Erfahrung mit Virtualisierungstechnologien (z. B. VMware, KVM oder Docker)  
 - Kenntnisse in Skript- oder Programmiersprachen wie PowerShell, Python oder Bash  
 - Interesse an Automatisierung und Digitalisierung  
 - Erste Erfahrung mit Industrieprotokollen wie BACnet oder Modbus

## Description

Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere IT stabil läuft - von Servern über Netzwerke bis hin zu modernen Virtualisierungslösungen.

 

Als IT-Support (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle im Betrieb und in der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Kollegen aus verschiedenen Bereichen zusammen und bringst eigene Ideen in Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekte ein.

 

Deine Aufgaben

 

- Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Windows-Server- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur  
 - Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Servern, Clients und IT-Systemen  
 - Sicherstellung eines stabilen IT-Betriebs und der IT-Sicherheit  
 - Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support  
 - Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen sowie Bearbeitung von Tickets  
 - Verwaltung und Optimierung von Netzwerktechnologien (z. B. VLAN, LACP, SNMP, IPSec)  
 - Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten
