This role will be part of the Service Management Tower for Group Technology( IT 1.7), which is responsible for maintaining service stability and ensuring continuous business operations. The Tower delivers independent, transparent assessments of IT service performance, drives standardization of operational processes, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. The ITSM Tool Competency Center (IT1.7.5) is responsible for the strategic development, architecture, governance, and operation of Munich Re's ServiceNow platform.
