 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur sowie die Überwachung und Optimierung von Netzwerkressourcen
 * Planung, Einrichtung und Pflege von Windows-Netzwerken inklusive Active Directory und GPOs
 * Verwaltung und Administration von Server- sowie Client-Systemen
 * Implementierung, Betrieb und Wartung von Virtualisierungsumgebungen
 * Administration von Microsoft-Serversystemen wie Exchange, SQL Server sowie SAN-Storage-Lösungen
 * Einsatz und Pflege mobiler Geräte mittels Mobile Device Management
 * Umsetzung von Backup-Strategien sowie die Verwaltung automatisierter Softwareverteilung
 * Durchführung manueller Installationen, Updates und Releasewechsel inkl. Hardwarekonfiguration
 * Analyse, Dokumentation sowie Behebung von Hard- und Softwarefehlern im User-Support
