 * Bereitstellung, Einrichtung und Konfiguration von IT-Hardware, insbesondere Laptops, sowie Unterstützung im On- und Offboarding-Prozess
 * Verantwortung für das Lizenz- und Assetmanagement inklusive Steuerung des gesamten IT-Lifecycle-Managements
 * Unterstützung und Schulung der Mitarbeiter im Umgang mit IT-Systemen sowie Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Anleitungen
 * Funktion als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen und IT sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Supports
