 * Projektleitung auf Workstream-Ebene: Verantwortung für Qualität, Budget, Deliverables und Stakeholder-Management
 * Digitalisierung der Energiebranche: Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen bei Netzbetreibern, Lieferanten, MSB, EVU
 * Methodik & Standards: Mitgestaltung von Best Practices (SAP Activate, agile Delivery, PM-Strukturen)
