## About the Role

Sie sollten in der Lage sein, komplexe Prozesse innerhalb eines Fachbereichs zu verstehen und zu strukturieren. Zudem sind Erfahrungen mit Modellierungs- und Kollaborationstools wie Signavio, Jira und Confluence von Vorteil. Ein Grundverständnis für Schnittstellen, Datenflüsse und Systemarchitekturen ist wünschenswert. Sie sollten eine hohe Bereitschaft zur teamübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit in cross-funktionalen Strukturen mitbringen und über starke Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch verfügen.
