* Abgeschlossene IT-spezifische Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker/in oder vergleichbar (Informationstechniker/in, Techniker/in mit IT-Affinität und fundierten IT-Kenntnissen) mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows, macOS/iOS und Android sowie umfassende Erfahrung im Clientmanagement
 * Fundiertes Know-how in Netzwerktechniken und IT-Infrastruktur-Dienste
 * Sichere Anwendung und Betreuung von Administrations Tools im Kontext des Client-Supports
 * Tiefe Mobile Device Management -Fachkenntnisse und selbstständige Anwendung eines MDM-Systems
 * Praxiserfahrung im Umgang Powershell oder vergleichbaren Skriptsprachen
 * sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (jeweils in Wort und Schrift)
 * Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Kreativität

Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über ein konzeptionelles und strategisches Denkvermögen sowie die Bereitschaft, sich eigenständig und mit hoher intrinsischer Motivation in neue Technologien und Methoden einzuarbeiten.

Zu Ihren Tätigkeiten gehören:

 * Selbständige Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Endgeräten
 * Entwicklung und Erstellung von Softwarepaketen für die automatisierte Verteilung auf Arbeitsplatzsystemen
 * Eigenverantwortlicher Betrieb der Serverinfrastruktur für Softwareverteilungssysteme
 * Bearbeitung und Lösung von Benutzeranfragen über unser Ticketsystem sowie telefonischen Support
