Du bist Teil des IT-Operations Teams und übernimmst die Verantwortung für dieAdministration und das Management unserer Cloud-Anwendungen, mit klarem Schwerpunkt auf Atlassian (Jira & Confluence). Dabei gestaltest du aktiv mit, wie unsere Fachbereiche mit modernen SaaS-Tools arbeiten., * Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Atlassian-Suite (Jira & Confluence Cloud)
 * Konfiguration von Projekten, Workflows sowie Benutzer- und Berechtigungskonzepten
 * Management von Apps, Integrationen sowie Automatisierungen (APIs, Webhooks)
 * Betreuung verschiedener Cloud- und SaaS-Tools (z. B. Zendesk, Google Workspace)
 * Identity & Access Management mit Microsoft Entra ID (User-, Rollen- und Zugriffsverwaltung, SSO/SCIM)
 * Sicherstellung von Systemverfügbarkeit, Stabilität und Performance
 * Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der optimalen Nutzung der Tools
 * Dokumentation von Systemlandschaften und Änderungen
