* Administration und Weiterentwicklung einer hybriden Windows-Umgebung (Domänen, Hyper-V, Exchange, SharePoint, M365, etc.)
 * Verwaltung und Optimierung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur für einen reibungslosen Betrieb
 * Weiterentwicklung der IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (z. B. Implementierung von VLANs, Erstellung von Berechtigungskonzepten)
 * Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen zu IT-Sicherheit
 * Betreuung der Telefonanlage; idealerweise Erfahrung in Microsoft Teams-Telefonie
 * Sorgfältige Dokumentation aller Änderungen, Anpassungen und IT-Prozesse, * Möglichkeiten für flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle, um eine bessere Work-Life-Balance zu ermöglichen
 * Programme zur Gesundheitsförderung, wie z.B. Sportangebote oder Gesundheitschecks
