* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur im Unternehmensverbund
 * Administration von Windows Servern, Clients sowie zentralen IT-Diensten (z. B. Active Directory, Exchange, Office-Umgebung)
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerrechten, Lizenzen sowie IT-Security- und Backup-Systemen
 * Betreuung und Administration von ERP-Systemen sowie SQL-Datenbanken
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Support von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten inkl. Netzwerktechnik (Switches, LAN, WLAN, VPN)
 * Unterstützung der Anwender im Rahmen des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports inkl. Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern sowie internen Fachbereichen
