 * eine konzeptionelle und strukturierte Arbeitsweise (Arbeitsorganisation, Projektmanagement)

## Description

* Verantwortung für den IT-Betrieb und die IT-Infrastruktur
 * Führungsverantwortung für ein Team von 6 Mitarbeitenden und Begleitung der Ausbildung Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration
 * Organisation und Strukturierung der anfallenden Aufgaben im Team
 * Koordination des 2nd-Level Supports
 * Sicherstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Dokumentation des technischen IT-Betriebs - der Services - für die Stadtverwaltung mit derzeit 2 Rechenzentren (Netzwerk, Server, SAN, Betriebssysteme, Telekommunikation, Providermanagement etc.)
 * Verantwortung für Themen rund um Datenschutz und Informationssicherheit im Kontext IT-Betrieb
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung von Strategien und Architekturen rund um den IT-Betrieb und die IT-Infrastruktur
 * Zusammenarbeit mit den Teamleitungen Organisation, IT-Management, Anwendungen
