## Description

Sie verantworten gemeinsam im Team, zum Teil mit externen Dienstleistern, den sicheren und zuverlässigen Betrieb der IT-Landschaft der Museen. Zu Ihren Schwerpunkten gehören:
· Administration und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur, Netzwerk- und Sicherheitslösungen in den Museen
· Mitwirkung bei Cybersecurity-Themen: Sicherheits-Audits, Entwicklung von Notfallplänen, Weiterentwicklung sicherheitsrelevanter Systeme (u.a. EMA, BMA, Video)
· Steuerung und Koordination externer IT-Dienstleister und Servicepartner
· Zuverlässiger IT-Support (1st und 2nd Level) für Mitarbeitende
· Gerätemanagement Office-Hardware
(MDM u.a. von MacBooks, iPhones, iPads, Windows Laptops)
· Planung, Beschaffung und Lifecycle-Management von Hard- und z.T. Software
· Mitarbeit bei Analyse, Optimierung und Digitalisierung interner Prozesse und Workflows
· Administration von Web-/Cloudservices
· Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung, Lizenzmanagement und Vertragsverwaltung
