 * Administration und Wartung virtualisierter Serverumgebungen mit VMware und Hyper-V
 * Installation und Administration von Serversystemen und Diensten wie Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, DNS, DHCP und Exchange Online
 * Weiterentwicklung des Assetmanagements in Jira
 * Administration und Überwachung der täglichen Datensicherungen mit Veeam
 * Betreuung und Administration der 3CX-Telefonanlage
 * Erstellung und Pflege von System- und Prozessdokumentationen in Confluence
 * Bearbeitung von Anfragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Analyse und nachhaltige Lösung auch komplexerer technischer Problemstellungen
 * Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von IT-Projekten
 * Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung interner IT-Prozesse
