Experience with console, mobile or third-party store backends is a strong plus. * Commercial Understanding: You understand storefront mechanics, platform events, discounting, featuring opportunities, key distribution and sales cycle planning. * Operational Precision: You work in a structured, reliable and precise way, especially when dealing with backend settings, checklists, deadlines and documentation. * Clear Communication: You can keep developers, platform partners and internal stakeholders aligned across several games, platforms and deadlines. ## Description Berlin, Berlin, 13597 Befristet Vollzeit These will be your tasks: Release Manager In this role, you own the operational backbone of our portfolio across PC, console and mobile. You manage platform backends, storefront setup, release timelines, first-party communication and commercial store activations. Storefronts are your daily priority. You keep product pages, packages, pricing, discounts, submissions, age ratings, release dates and backend settings clean, correct and on time. Basically, you are the person making sure nobody realizes five minutes before launch that a checkbox somewhere was not checked. Happens to the best of us. Ideally not to us. What You'll Do: * Storefront Operations: Manage product pages, metadata, pricing, packages, regional settings, release dates, assets and backend configurations across PC, console, mobile and third-party stores. * Commercial Activations: Coordinate discounts, platform sales, bundles, featuring opportunities, first-party programs and other storefront activations across the portfolio. * Platform Communication: Coordinate communication with platform holders, developers, porting teams, distributors and other external partners. Make sure requirements, responsibilities and deadlines are clear and nothing gets lost between inboxes, calls and threads. * Certification & Submissions: Coordinate submissions, certification requirements, age ratings, compliance checks and platform approval processes. * Release Operations & Readiness: Coordinate builds, release candidates, branches, depots, launch checklists, go-live preparation and hotfixes.
