## About the Role

This role acts as the primary technical bridge between our products and our partners' needs, owning the technical relationship from pre?sales qualification through to post?sales implementation and scaling.
The ideal candidate will combine deep API and integration expertise with strong consultative skills to design and deliver high?value solutions that accelerate partner-driven revenue and expand Remote's ecosystem.
What you bring Understanding of API architectures, including the ability to evaluate and design integrations using REST and SOAP based on business and technical requirements.
Expertise in real time communication patterns, with the ability to determine when to use Webhooks versus Web Sockets for scalable partner integrations.
Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization frameworks, including OAuth 2.0 grant types (Authorization Code, PKCE, Client Credentials, etc.) and best practices for secure API access.
Proven ability in rapid prototyping, technical troubleshooting, and leading complex integration projects from discovery to launch.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non?technical audiences.
