Vous préparez un BTS SIO, un BUT Informatique ou une formation équivalente. - Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances de l'environnement Windows 11 et de Microsoft 365. - Vous avez des notions en réseaux (TCP/IP), support utilisateurs et idéalement en Active Directory. - Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se), curieux(se) et doté(e) d'un bon sens du service. - Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et savez communiquer avec des interlocuteurs variés.

## Description

Au sein du Service Informatique, vous participez au support des utilisateurs, à la gestion du parc informatique et aux actions de cybersécurité. Cette alternance vous offrira l'opportunité d'acquérir une expérience opérationnelle concrète et de monter en compétences sur les principaux enjeux du support et des projets informatiques. A ce titre, vos principales responsabilités seront : - Assurer le support informatique de premier niveau auprès des utilisateurs. - Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels et logiciels courants. - Préparer, installer et configurer les équipements informatiques (PC, smartphones, imprimantes, visioconférence). - Participer à la gestion et au renouvellement du parc informatique. - Contribuer à l'administration des comptes utilisateurs et des droits d'accès. - Accompagner les collaborateurs dans l'utilisation des outils Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint). - Participer aux actions de sensibilisation et de suivi en cybersécurité
(MFA, phishing, gestion des vulnérabilités). - Rédiger et mettre à jour des procédures et supports utilisateurs. - Contribuer à des projets informatiques structurants : SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft 365, cybersécurité, e-invoicing, optimisation des processus.
