## Description

Notre équipe spécialisée en IT recherche pour son client (une ESN), un Technicien·e Support Helpdesk (F/H) pour un contrat d'intérim de 1 mois, à Toulouse sur un site client.

 - Date de démarrage : Dès que possible, Vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :- Support bureautique de niveau 1 sur environnement Windows.

 - Qualification et traitement des incidents et des demandes utilisateurs.

 - Prise en main à distance et assistance aux utilisateurs.

 - Gestion des comptes, des droits d'accès et des boîtes mail.

 - Gestion et dépannage des imprimantes.

 - Déploiement et configuration des postes de travail via MECM.

 - Utilisation d'un outil ITSM pour le suivi et le traitement des tickets.

 - Escalade des incidents complexes vers les équipes concernées.
