 - Outils de supervision/monitoring : maîtrise d'au moins un outil (Centreon, Nagios, Zabbix, PRTG ou Grafana)
 - Systèmes d'exploitation & Réseaux : bonnes connaissances des environnements Windows Server et Linux, ainsi que des fondamentaux réseaux (protocoles TCP/IP, DNS, adressage)
 - Ordonnancement & Gestion des flux : notions ou pratique d'un ordonnanceur (Dollar Universe, Control-M, Visual Tom) et compréhension des transferts de fichiers (CFT)

Effectuer toutes les opérations courantes nécessaires au démarrage et au bon fonctionnement des infrastructures informatiques selon les procédures

 - Exécuter les actions et suivre les applications et les flux applicatifs conformément aux procédures du dossier d'exploitation
 - Surveiller et contrôler le bon déroulement des opérations d'exploitation
 - Détecter les incidents et mettre en oeuvre une résolution de premier niveau ou escalader conformément aux procédures définies au préalable
 - Participer au respect du contrat de service
 - Elaborer et mettre à jour la documentation technique
 - Se former aux techniques liées à son domaine (organisation, technicité)
