Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform, Azure, Data, AI or Microsoft 365 will be considered an advantage, particularly PL-400, PL-200, PL-600, DP-600 or equivalent certifications * Proven proficiency and hands-on experience in the end-to-end design, development, deployment and maintenance of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI and advanced Excel * Strong analytical mindset, structured communication skills and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. The candidate should be autonomous, proactive, well organized and comfortable working in an international environment. * Experience with AI, big data, Microsoft Fabric, Python, machine learning or advanced analytics will be considered a plus * Fluent in English. Spanish & German would be a plus ## Description As part of our growth we are looking for a Senior Power Platform & Data Solutions Lead. In this role, this person will maintain, support and further evolve the Microsoft Power Platform and data solutions ecosystem used to manage the global Engineering project and resource portfolio. The role combines hands-on solution development, data modelling, process automation, advanced analytics, reporting and technical leadership for digitalization initiatives across Engineering and adjacent business functions.
