Disponibilidad para viajar nacional e internacionalmente., * Posgrado o especialización en Inteligencia Artificial, Data Science, Big Data, Analítica, Gestión de Proyectos o Transformación Digital. * Certificaciones PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks o similares. * Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de proyectos (MS Project, Jira, Trello o equivalentes). * Conocimientos en herramientas de Business Intelligence como Power BI o Qlik., * Análisis y resolución de problemas. * Planificación y organización. * Trabajo en equipo y colaboración. * Comunicación y capacidad de influencia. * Compromiso y responsabilidad. * Adaptación al cambio. * Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos. * Curiosidad por las tecnologías emergentes y aprendizaje continuo. ## Description Liderar el desarrollo e implantación de proyectos de Data & AI, actuando como nexo entre las áreas de negocio, los equipos tecnológicos y los proveedores, garantizando que las soluciones aporten valor, sean escalables y contribuyan a la transformación digital del Grupo.
